The location of our university in the nation's capital provides many opportunities to pursue internships and careers in the field of mathematics.

There are opportunities in the National Science Foundation, National Security Agency, NASA, National Institutes of Health, and countless labs in support of the U.S. Department of Defense, non-governmental organizations, and more.

Washington, D.C., is a city of politics, parades, festivals, museums, professional sports, theater, concerts, shopping, parks, restaurants, monuments, waterways, and trendy neighborhoods. And it’s all an extension of our campus. Hop on the Metro — at the Brookland/CUA stop — and you’ll be at a museum or baseball game or a flea market in minutes. Before you know it, the nation’s capital will feel like home.
